I would use the company again. We were hoping for a pick up date between the 8th - 10th but the first driver wanted to do it on the 7th and then the official driver to transported my car to Oklahoma came the 11th. It still worked out because we had a friend who was in town that was able to give driver my car since we left to move on the 10th. Transporting car is not very customer friendly due to the lack of flexibility by the driver but 1Flate-Rate was honest and open about what they can do for us. They were good at communicating, whenever I sent an e-mail they replied the same day.
