I emailed Ray based on the reviews here. Did everything online. Got a decent quote. Sent a follow up email 24 hours later to ensure my quote was accurate etc. Ray did not contact me, I always made contact with him to try and get updates. He sent me several sarcastic emails saying i was impatient LOL... Anyway after waiting 10 days, NOTHING... Waited another 4 days and gave up. 14 days after the initial order NOTHING had been done. I contacted another company and my car was picked up in 24 hours. He told me the route was "quiet" and it could take weeks.... This is my 10th time moving a car and this is easily the longest it has taken with NOTHING happening. You want your car moved in a timely fashion, go with another BROKER.
