My contact with Mike was very good. He took the time to explain the car transport industry so I could understand what I was purchasing. After my initial contact, I was a bit anxious so I sent emails and called for a status for picking up the car. Mike took it all in stride and reassured that the trucking company would be in contact.
Noelle, who represented the trucking company,said the driver would pick up the cars on June 14th and deliver on the 18th. That fell nicely into my schedule. But the driver arrived two days earlier, which caused me to be inconvenienced with no autos to use until the day before the closing of my house.However, the driver was able to deliver the vehicles on time to an alternate address with no problems or incidents.
If it wasn't for the fact I had to walk back home after the driver picked up the cars I would have given this company 5 stars. They are worth a call for a quote regardless of the rating I gave them.
