I liked the fact that the fee was charged only at destination. There was some confusion at first for the pickup time but they tried to correct the situation as best as they could. The cars arrived at destination on the estimated day they had told us and no damages were inflicted. The driver was polite and professional as well. I would use their services again if I ever need it.
