I will definitely use 1 Flat-Rate again. I am having my vehicle transported back to Massachusetts in May and will be calling them. The person I dealt with Mike Franco was very courteous, answered all my questions and provided the prompt service a customer would expect. He kept in touch with me right up until the day my car was picked up. The driver (John) was also exceptionally courteous and kept in touch with me prior to delivery. Great company to work with.
