I have a mixed bag of experience with my car transport experience. I dealt with Marky at 1 Flat Rate, and he was professional and prompt. The price was reasonable, about mid-range. Car was picked up and delivered in given time frame.
When the car was delivered, we looked at the exterior and it was fine. However, when we finally took a closer look at the interior, we were appalled. There were greasy and black handprints and footprints all over the chairs, carpet, and door frames. They left empty bottle and tissues laying around. There were permanent compression marks on my backseats which makes me wondered if they transported other things in my car. I am not pleased with my car's condition since it is going to take me hours and money to return the car to its previous condition.
I acknowledge that 1 Flat Rate can't control what the car carrier does, but given the time and money I will have to spend to clean my car, I regrettably cannot recommend 1 Flat Rate.
