Hi Ray, I plan on posting a review but I want to take a minute to thank you directly. Everything went as planned and Chris did a great job of letting us know exactly when he planned on picking up the car and meeting up with us 2400+ miles later. I think most of us have come to expect false promises and problems with most things we do these days, and I want to thank you for "delivering" what you promised. We have more trouble getting our luggage at the airport than shipping a car across the country! Best regards, Gene
