Ray did an excellent job in explaining the process of transporting my Honda CRV from Delaware to Colorado. This was my first time in shipping a car across country. It took about 5 weeks from the order date to the actual pick up date in DE. This took longer than I had hope, but I just had to have patience and trust Ray. The price was very competitive, and we did have to raise it one time. Ray did not ask for a deposit. Once a car carrier was interested, it was less than 24 hours for the actual pickup from the first phone call. The assigned transport guys were very professional, and I felt very comfortable with handing off the car to them. They arrived two days earlier in Colorado then the orginal drop off date. Again very professional. Thank you Ray, and I appreciate your professionalism and getting my car safely to my parents in Colorado. Ray is based in California and has great reviews online, which helped me with my decision to hire him.
