I am so happy with this company! Let me begin with this wasn't my first choice. I had arranged for a pick up from another comapny that never showed up. So i looked on here and Saw 1Flat Rate. I got in contact with Mike Falco Explained my situation & he was very understand explained everything to me in detail any questions I had he answered. He knew I was frustrated with my situation so he work extra hard to try and find me a driver, who would have guessed that an hour later I would recieve an e-mail stating they found me a driver through 1st Arizona Auto Transport the Drivers Name was Ovi and he would pick my car up in 2 days! I was so happy then! So when I went to go meet Ovi off base in 29 palms He went over my car gave me a copy of the paper with everything he had marked for my records and let me watch him load up my car way cool lol. He said it would be delivered a week from that thursday but allow 1 day in case of traffic which is understandable. & anyone know 495 is a joke during the summer so instead of 7 days it arrived today but we are very happy. Ovi was extremely professional and curdious to both me and my father who the car was being shipped to and mike was very prompt and informative! I will definitely use them again when me husband gets back from his deloyment! Thank you 1Flat Rate as well as 1st Arizona Auto Transport!
