If i had to remember 1 Flat Rate I would think of Mike,Austin,Al, and Ray as the fantastic four.
The thing that impressed my wife Bea was the ability to talk to driver via cell phone.
Al messages were very human and clear.

We had had past experience with DAS they took 18 days to deliver from California to Syracuse NY.
I thought this was normal they also required a upfront charge.

Mike and Austin at 1 Flat rate told us 1 truck was taking the Jeep Compass and we pay everything when delivered.

The car needed to be picked up at my Son's Loft in downtown Boston. When I drove there I found parking a car there a hardship let alone a truck hauler. I told this to AL and later he found a better place 1.3 miles away to pick-up the car. My son and my daughter met Al there and loaded the car at night.

My daughter then flew to Tempe Az where I Art and Bea met her to celebrate her 22 birthday on 7-2-11
to my surprise Al said he would be in Newport Beach where the car was to be dropped off at 9-10:00
AM on 7-3-11 we chose a place near a large Supermarket less than 1/2 mile away right on time AL arrived off loaded paid him with Cashiers checks. Job done.

When my original request was put on the national dispatch board and 10 brokers called me all telling me some more rude than others that only upfront reservations are good. This is a LIE 1 Flat rate is the
best way to do the business. I found them Quick and reliable!!
