Ray Mcglinchey is who I primarily was in contact with for the duration of my experience with 1 Flat Rate. Ray was very courteous and helpful in his assistance with getting my car moved. There was some confusion with the driver (who is not affiliated with 1 Flat Rate) on how he was going to be paid which was primarily a function of the fact that English was not his first language. Ray, however, was able to sort out the issue and I felt like my overall experience was a positive one with 1 Flat Rate.
