I was told when they called me that my car will be picked up Friday afteroon, after 5 days of order. They didn't even call me. I called 4 times and they said they didn't find a driver. As I was leaving the state on Friday night, I didn't have anyone to help me out. So I tried to cancel the service with them, They charged me $100. They never mention if you cancel their service, they will charge $100. Please be careful before you sign the e-signature on the document.
The guy CASEY was so nice to get my business, but as soon as I sign the contact, he didn't care much.
NEver use or trust these 3 people who run the business as a middle man.
The actual tracker got $550 out of my $650. This company made $100 by lying to me.
The attitude of Janine was very bad. She didn't care much either as Casey started to ignore my phone call.
The car picked up 5 days late and delivery date was late by 1 day....bad company to work with.
