I called in early September for an enclosed carrier for car to be picked up in late September. They gave me a date so I flew to Massachusetts from Oregon and waited for 10 days. Still no carrier and severe runaround by the son and daughter of this outfit. Twice the daughter pretended to be another employee so as to avoid facing me. The phone system has really grinding loud obnoxious music playing while you are endlessly on hold. When you finally get the daughter she has HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA blaring in the background so loudly that it was difficult to understand her. Every time I contacted them they said it would be tomorrow. Finally, over a month later, I had another company pick up the car and as soon as that happened AUTOTRANSPORT 123 charged my credit card as if they had done the pickup! It was another nightmare to get my credit card company to take that charge off, which they did.

I would never use this company again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. EVER!
