The person who was selling the service was a fast talker. He failed to inform the details of the process.
*The promised door to door service was not true. Before arriving the driver called me to say that he will not be able to come to my house because the truck is too big for the subdivision. So I needed to drive the car to them. Ofcourse how I get back home was my problem!!! When I called the 123 auto Transport I was told to take a cab or a bus. The fact that there isn't any public transport in the small city in Wisconsin was not their problem!

* My son was called by the driver in AZ and asked to drive 70 miles in order to get the car because their transporter truck could not go uphill.
* When my son reached there to take delivery of his car he was asked to pay the remaining amount which he did not have because he is a student. I ended up sending the money by Western Union and a fat fee.
* We were given the impression that 123 Auto Transport own the trucks, which they don't and they only serve as brokers.
In short it turned out to be a nightmare which could have been avoided by letting us know exactly what to expect instead of giving us false information to make a quick sale!
