Horrible Experience

When you call to book the shipment everything is good they make sound like they. Once they BS you into using their company, good luck!

- 11 days today (1/18/13) since i confirmed the address and go-ahead for shipment, the car still has not been pickup.

- People are not prompted on returning phone calls, some times over 24 hours.

- When you talk to someone "Authorized" to give a status on the shipment, all they say is "We are working on it"

- Tried to cancel but was told that "I can't just cancel the shipment" I must send a special form notarized, etc. but the impression i got was that "Too bad, now that you signed you are at our mercy"

Let's see how much long it will take for this car to be picked up and delivered, I'll keep you all posted.
