I want the public to be aware and becareful with 1 on 1 transport services. First let me start from how their manager(JOE) lures his customers in and betray them after an initial deposit, usually $150.00. please note that this is a broker company and that the initial $150.00 is for them and they dont care about their customers thereafter. My initial charge was $1,100 to transport my vehicle from CA to NY. After the initial deposit, the manager never called me again instead received numerous calls from another representative trained and mastered in story telling in an attempt to jack up my price to 1,450.00. When I callad back the manager, he cursed me out stating that the only money he makes is the $150 and really doesnt care about what the drivers charge. In the end they were sucessful, the truth is I wind up paying $1,450.00. instead of the initial quote of $1100.00. Not that I was stupid but I had no choice because I had already paid them the $150.00. Dont let this happen to YOU!!!!! 1 on 1 transport services will ROB you on a broad day light.
