Not worth the hassle

I was looking for a company in the BBB that would ship my car from Cali to Maryland for $1000 or less. This company was going to charge $920. I called on June 1st, 2010 stating I needed to have it picked up on a Thursday or Friday. They told me that the current week was too soon but the 10th or 11th would be fine. Well those days came and went. I emailed Tom Henderson on Friday to ask him what the status was and the only thing he responded to me with was "I don't know". As a business that is completely unprofessional. I have made numerous attempts to find out what the status is with no success. The only way you can reach anyone on the phone is if you hit the option to schedule a new transport. Go figure, they only take calls for more money coming in and ignore those that need assistance AFTER paying. I will be taking them to court if I do not receive my refund soon as they performed no service for me.
