DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! They have been a nightmare from the very beginning. We chose them to ship our vehicle from FL to Panama (the country), and they have overcharged us, have denied us customs information, shipped the vehicle a week late and did not notify us (after charging us $380.00 for fast shipment), so last week we get to the port of Manzanillo, and to our surprise.... NO CAR!!! Somebody needs to report these people to the BBB, so they cannot do business. Also, I plan to contact the DOT and Consumer protection agencies so these folks can be flagged. The car supposedly gets here on wednesday, luckily i figured out how to track my shipment on my own, and have confirmed arrival of the vehicle.
