1 Shot Express contacted me to transport me car. I had a specific timeframe of when I needed my car to make an event with it. Before purchasing the transport From Jose I explained my situation and he told me it would be no probelm, my car would be there on time. Once I my order was placed they i would call for updates. Get hung up on and ignored. When I finallyrecieved a shipper contact (days later) the date was much later than promised. I called them, got hung up on again and finally talked to customer service. He told me there was nothing he could do. I asked him where I could post a review he said there was no where (lied again). He told me if I posted a negative reivew it woudl take food out of his familys mouth so he would not tell me where. Steer clear of this company

No sir, I do not agree. We have are records here and as stated before they are available to anyone who wants to know if this a true post or completely false. 1st Avail. Pickup: 03/18/11 Date Signed: 03/18/11 Dispatched: 03/18/11 Load Estimated: 03/21/11 Delivery Estimated: 03/30/11 Picked-up: (none) Assumed Delivered: 04/20/11 Delivered: (none) This is from our records. Furthermore available to anyone is part of the carrier contract where the carrier called you on the 18th. and you agreed to the pickup date and time. And last, you wanted to give us a bad rating on our 100% carrier certification and we said YOU CAN NOT POST THERE. and you cant, you were also given the BBB and this site. I wonder why you did not say truth in your post.
