Although it was imposible to get Chris on the phone after my initial contact, the staff including Renee and John where very responsive and did all they could to meet my prior to xmas schedule. They did charge my card prior to an official dispatch but promptly credited may card once it was determined by me that my schedule might not be met as they never could get me dispatched. It turns out that prior to xmas spaces are limited.
