We called three auto transport companies to transport our vehicle from Florida to California. We were very concerned about this process having heard about questionable practices from some vendors (we did our homework reviewing various companies). However, we were very pleased with the quality of customer service of 1 Shot Express Auto Transport. Both Johnny, the company's representative, and Joel, the transport driver, were knowledgeable and friendly, providing the level of confidence that we needed in trusting that our vehicle would arrive in good condition safely to California. The pick-up was done as scheduled, and delivery was one day late. Besides the fact that the car was quite dirty upon arrival, which was to be expected, our experience with this company was very good. We will utilize 1 Shot Express Auto for our future auto transport needs.

We have noticed that when people are mad they are quick to act in writing a bad review yet, it's difficult to get good comments from customers that were pleased with our service.
