DISHONEST- DO NOT USE THEM

I contacted 1 Shot Express on a timely basis, and had an expedited order. I spoke with a sales representative, Joel, and we discussed that I HAD to have my car picked up by Friday afternoon (and it was now Thursday). We discussed in detail that I had a flight on Saturday morning and that if my car was not picked up by Friday afternoon, my order would be canceled. Joel assured me that a had a carrier for me and that I would be picked up NO LATER than Friday afternoon and that it could possibly be that same day. I told him that is great, but that I needed him to be honest with me as I did not have the time to be stood up and figure things out later and that I had read a few negative reviews. We discussed these reviews and to put me at ease Joel told me that my credit card would NOT be charged for my deposit until my car was on the carrier.

Friday morning comes and I call over to 1 shot express to confirm that my car will be picked up this day, as it has not been picked up yet. As of 6 pm when my car had not been picked up, I called 1 Shot Express to notify that my order was canceled, but the office was now closed. I then emailed the company saying that my order was canceled as I had not heard any news from the company, my vehicle had not been picked up by the promised date/time, and that I wanted my deposit refunded. My credit card was charged on Thursday night (the same day that I placed my order with Joel, whom said I would not be charged until my vehicle was on a carrier).

Emilio with 1 Shot Express emailed me back saying that it would be discussed with billing and that we could touch base after the weekend. On Tuesday when I speak with David in customer service at 1 Shot Express, David says he must discuss the matter with Joel, my sales representative, and we must continue our discussion in the morning. I called David back the next morning and was told that Joel said that I had agreed to have my car picked up Saturday or Sunday. This is obviously NOT the case as I would not even be in the same state as my vehicle at the time. I also forwarded all of my email correspondence with Emilio to David and he reviewed them with the billing department stating that I would not receive a refund as they had assigned me a carrier (something that I was never told). 1 Shot had never informed me that my vehicle had been assigned to a carrier, and then I received a call from a carrier on the following TUESDAY saying that they were ready to pick up my vehicle.

I want my money refunded and this company will lie to you to get your business. STAY AWAY.

You know, customers quickly catch up to spite and lies. I can offer anyone interested that your vehicle was picked up and delivered from California to Texas. Not only do we have the drivers documents to prove it but we have your signature on the bill of lading Morgan, I wonder how it got there. Any interested party can call us and request these documents as proof of pickup and delivery they are welcome. Talk about dishonest and liar, what a shame.
