After having a disaster with another company who did not pick up my vehicle and with whom I argued for a month about obtaining my refund, I decided to try 1Shot EXpress. It is difficult to find a transport from North Dakota to Florida and the distance and scarity of loads makes it expensive. David and others worked pretty hard at putting together a load from North Dakota and arranged to have my car picked up less than a week after the job was posted. My wife was in Florida waiting for the car to arrive and was able to keep in contact with the driver on his trip south. She was informed a day in advance of the approximate time he would deliver the vehicle and was able and further contact was kept open on the day of delivery to our gated community. David and others were very helpful and honest during the process and i was able to obtain several phone numbers(dispatch, etc) from 1 Shot which made the process easier.
