I live in Chicago and needed to get a vehicle from Amarillo Texas to Palm Springs, California. Over the phone, I was able to explain my emergency situation, and within a couple of hours, arrangements had been made to transport the vehicle. The driver got in immediate contact with my mother, who was in Texas with the vehicle in question, and kept her informed of his whereabouts and when he would arrive. He also was in touch when he reached Palm Springs, so the delivery was smooth and problem free. We are all very pleased with this experience and when we need to transport a car in the future, we will for sure use 1Shot.
