Got a quote to pick up a car in Goodland, KS...gave them a deposit on April 1st and waited. After weeks of "this thursday, friday at the latest" I finally told them look, the seller of the car NEEDS this car gone and they assured me a driver was going to swing through there that weekend. Never happened, then another promise of "this friday at the latest". After over a month I asked for my deposit back, been 2 1/2 weeks of phone calls and I still haven't gotten the deposit back. They always say that it'll be done today or the next or they'll call me back in 5, 10 minutes at the latest. All I can say is that unless your vehicle to be shipped is in a major metro area, don't call this company no matter how low the quote, it ain't worth the aggravation. It's May 12th and the car is still sitting in Kansas and I'm still out my deposit.
