I gave a $150 deposit for this company to deliver my car to Florida on Friday Oct. 25. They told me that the car would be picked up in Pittsburgh either on Oct. 21 or 22. I called their office on the 21st to inquire as to which day they would pick up my car. After calling at least 10 times they answered the phone and told me that they would pick up the car the next day. THE NEXT day I tried again to find out when they would pick up the car and after many attempts I finally talked to Elaine and he told me that they were having problems finding drivers and that he would get back to me by the end of the day. He never did. The morning of the 23rd, Elaine called me and told me that my car would be picked up that day and he would call me as to the time. I called again on the 23rd and let the phone ring for hours and they never answered. At 4:00 I finally got a call from Elaine and he told me that they could not find a driver and that they could not pick up my car and that I should go to their web site and ask for a return of my deposit. I have a plane ticket on the 25th to go to Florida and now I have to drive my car there and forgo the tickets. I will NEVER use this company again and I hope that this review will convince others not to rely and use this company.
