Worked with richard he was very professional he explained to me what was going to happen every step of the way. Anytime I needed to have him answer A question he was always available to pick up the phone. this is my first time I shipped be my car and I was very worried. He was able to calm me down to explain to me how insurance works. The pick up and delivery was very simple I would suggest anyone to use this company who would be moving. If I ever do move again which I hope I do not anytime soon I will definitely use 1 shot Express it was the easiest part of my move.
