I had originally had an issue with getting a hold of David at 1 shot. After a week of hearing nothing, I did finally get a call from David. He was very apologetic and got right to work on getting my jeep picked up. He told me the jeep would be picked up on Friday. After making arrangements with the dealer for a friday pickup, the pick up did not happen until Sat. Not a big deal but another inconsistancy. In the end David did make this right and I got my vehicle within 2 days.
