Initially, I did not fully comprehend that the est. pick up date was actually a window of dates in which the vehicle would be loaded on a truck in Albuquerque.

Although the actual pick up date was Friday, July 19th, 2013, instead of the est. date of Thursday, July 18th, 2013, everything worked out quite well. This was, incidentally, the first time that we have utilized a vehicle transport service. Accordingly, we were unaware of the process.

My land wire messages and emails were answered in a timely manner, as a consequence of which we learned that the estimated pick up date is not necessarily the precise time that the vehicle will be loaded on the truck at the point of origin.

As Shakespear would state, "All's well that ends well." Overall, it was a positive experience and the truck driver was competent and maintained a dignified business demeanor.
