I scheduled the transport of a company car on Feb. 28th. It was picked up at its origin location on March 5th and delivered on March 6th.
The process of getting a driver took much longer than anticipated. I would call the broker and on many occasions the phone just rang and rang. Emails would not be answered in a timely manner.
I was told originally the car could be delivered for $795. In the end it cost $1,000.
If it took $1,000 to get the car delivered then I should have been told that up front. I wanted and expected a real cost. If I had known it took $1,000 then I could have paid that and had the car much earlier.
The driver that delivered the car stayed in good contact enroute to the destination. Arrived as scheduled and delivered the car quickly and efficiently.
