This company was extremely dissapointing. I booked a car shipment with them in November with the goal of having my vehicle picked up on a specific day between Christmas and New Year's. I repeatedly asked them if picking up a vehicle on this date was possible, and was repeatedly assured that it was.

Apparently, it was not. The day before the scheduled pick up I was told a driver (who's name was not provided) would contact me to schedule pick up. No one ever called. When I called 1 Shot directly they informed me that someone would be there the following day. On the following day (now 1 day late), no one contacted me. So, I contacted 1 Shot. Again. I was told, again, that someone would be there the next day (now 2 days late).

Following a week of failed promises I called 1 Shot and asked for a refund, or some recompense, and whether or not they would be able to fill my request. David, the customer service agent I worked with, told me they could not offer me any sort of refund because they were already taking a hit on this move. This became his refrain through another week of failure. Everyday I requested that David keep me updated, yet everyday I was forced to call them. And everyday I was told they had no drivers that could help me.

Finally, 1 Shot admitted that they could not fulfill my request (2 weeks late). They refunded my money (1 month after initial refund approval) and cancelled my request. I booked with another company and had the car picked up within 2 days.

I strongly suggest you do not use 1 Shot Express Transport, LLC.
