1shot express did not follow through with their orignal quote. I was then persuaded to stick with their company after accomplishing a deal to transport our vehicle. I was lenient about the ETA and trusted 1shot to follow through with their contract. After 30 days I ran out of patience, I then started to take action by calling leaving messages everyday. After not receiving a response I had to ring their customer service off the hook until I reached someone. When they finally answered I immediatly requested a manager or president's contact information so that I could properly file a complaint. I was rudly hung up on, disrespected, avoided, misdirected, etc. Finally someone answered and they were worried I was recording the conversation. My frustation grew when they didn't want to give me any information I requested.Then the gentlemen stated that the BBB was a joke. I finally researched their website and they don't have any decent credidentials. I also want to point out that other similar companys called and warned me about their company and reputation. I chose to put my trust in the salesman to only be put through a prolonged hassle. I am demanding a 100% refund and have yet to receive one. I will continue to dedicate my time to fight for satisfaction and my needs met.
