WHERE IS MY REFUND?

One Shot Express did not pick up vehicle as promised and I cancelled the contract. One Shot Express then promised a refund in writing and 9 months later I have not received my money. Read the fine print on your contract carefully, it is very specific about under what conditions a refund is granted. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Here is the email I received after contacting One Shot Express.

Your order has been cancelled 196597-tq… It will be sent to billing department. You have cancelled outside of the 7 days required to move your vehicle therefore your deposit is fully refundable. Please use this e-mail as written proof. This will be processed no later than 3/2/2012.
