When my first carrier failed to show up as promised, I started over with 1 Shot Express. What a mistake. Richard promised my cars would be picked up on Sat or Sun which was important as I was committed to leave NYS at a certain time and didn't have anyone to handle the pick up of my cars once gone. 1 shot did not pick up my cars as promised and then became impossible to contact by phone or email. They still have my $250 deposit which I am working with the credit card company to get returned. I will never try to use them again.

except for one little detail Mr. Hoffman. You failed to say that you booked with more than one company while in contract with us. Quite a few people do that trying to outsmart the system, make people work for free on your behalf and use whom ever gets there first without regards to drivers paying for their fuel and expenses to pickup your vehicle. There is always two sides to a story sir.
