Not exactly Ms. Neff, this sounds more like a vindictive customer who usually take this approach however I will post the full e-mail so readers can see what really happened.
Please refund my deposit as of right now. I have found someone more dependable to ship the vehicle. You did not meet your part of the deal and did not even have the curtsy of contacting me with any type of update or notice. I will expect the funds to be credited back today.
Thank you
Mindy Neff

Hello Ms. Neff. Please accept my most sincere apologies for all the inconvenience. Today is the final day of your contract and what you probably did not know is that our policy is, if we do not move the vehicle your deposit is fully refundable. This e-mail is your proof that you will get your money back.
Unfortunately Ms. Neff sometimes we get a dry route, meaning, not enough trucks if any for a while. The carriers running the route are mostly at one end and it delays the transit for others. Please allow me to take a look at order and I will have David call you and let you know exactly what to expect and then you can make your decision. David went home early yesterday because he was ill however he failed to have someone call you with and update.
If you noticed in those sites you are referring to Ms. Neff the complaints come from people who have double booked and or in some manner breached their agreement but I sincerely appreciate you contacting us first, this way we all know where we stand.
Thank you Ms. Neff and I can’t stress my apologies enough.
Sincerely,

To whom it may concern,
I have tried all week to get answers from you concerning my shipping order. I was informed by Richard that my vehicle would be picked up by Monday, the 26th, 2011. I sent an email to Richard on Monday for confirmation and did not receive a response. I have left voice mails with no response. I finally got through to a "live" person this morning by calling the sales. She told me that Dave or David would call me back this afternoon. I did not get a call. This is my son's car and I told him, per Richard, that he should be getting his car today, Thursday, at the latest. You do not have to tell me what is in the e-signed form that I e-signed because I read it. The point being, your employee told me something and that is one of main reasons that I picked your company.
What am I suppose to do now? Do I contact the Better Business Bureau? Do I go onto the web to all the websites that give the ability to rate companies? I checked all of those, also. You could lose your ratings at this rate. It is like when you got my deposit, I dropped off the face of the earth. I don't expect to be treated this way. No customer does.
Again, what am I suppose to do? Find another company? There are a lot out there and I was in contact with at least 12. If that happens, I would require my deposit back as quick as you took it. Let me know as soon as possible, by 9:00AM Arizona time, Friday, September 30th.
Thank you,
Mindy Neff

These are the e-mails and the answer. We found a driver for you Ms. Neff as I told you, you ask what to do I told you I would look into it and let you know and I found a driver for you. You are not telling the truth. According to your e-mail I got your answer and found a driver to transport your vehicle. We called you several times and asked you to reconsider and you refused.
