Check out the Better Business rating of this company it is F-. Unfortunately, I did not check this out before I contacted them. They took my $150.00 deposit and scheduled a pick-up for Sat morning on 05/14. On Friday 05/13 I tried calling the company to confirm my pickup because they had told me I would receive a call from the driver, he had not called yet, so that is why I called. On Sat morning the car had not been picked up or I had not received a call, I was told they would be there either Sat or Sunday. I was leaving the state Sunday morning, and they assured me it would be picked up by then.
Sunday morning came and I had to leave the keys with a neighbor because they had not picked up my car. I reached them on Monday and was told the drivers truck had broken down and to give them until that afternoon to find another driver (my house had been sold and I needed to get the car moved immediately). I did not hear from them, I e-mailed them and called several times and still did not hear from them. I subsequently called another company, who got my car moved the next day. I received a call from 1 shot after I had scheduled the new company to tell me that finally had a driver available. They were scheduling it for May 23rd, lets see that is 9 days after the original scheduled date. Oh, and my contact person was Jose, I believe you read the reviews on here, that his name shows up more than once.
The new company I got was excellent and guess what their Better Business rating is A-, so who do you want to go with.

You did not have to check the BBB Ms. Doherty.We disclose this fact in the first e-mail we sent you. The reason we do not deal with the BBB is because if you think we are a bad company they are worst and they are looking out for their own pockets. We also include a link to the 20/20 investigation around 6 or 8 months ago. The negative post on this site complaint about not being able to contact us after you place the order however the positive post claim all the contrary. Did you double booked Ms. Doherty? be honest. What happened when we called you to pickup your vehicle? Did someone else had already picked up the vehicle? Yes you did.
