They get your deposit, say they will be there the next day and you never hear from them again. They won't answer phone or call you back. After 3 weeks they never picked up car and force you to pay a fee of $125 for contacting them. What a rip off. As I found out later, they underbid the delivery cost knowing they won't find a driver for that amount.

Your first available date for pick up was 5/6/2011. You cancelled the order after we dispatched you to a driver. The driver called you and you refused service. You double booked with us and another company. You breached your contract in 2 different ways. Don't lie to the public. It's people like you that give the industry a bad rep.
