The company made sure that they found a person that was both knowledgeable and experienced in the process of transporting the type of vehicle that I had to transport. Then he allowed a three way conversation between me, the truck driver and the company representative to reassure me that the driver was knowledgeable and experience to my satisfaction. The car was then picked up on time at the appointed day with no problem at all by the driver. Another company had attempted to transport the car, and when the driver showed up, the driver left immediately without even trying to see if he could get the car on the truck. That other company then tried to tell me it would be $300 additional to still transport it on an open trailer carrier. that's when I called other companies and found All Aboard Auto Transport. The car was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, but the driver called Saturday when he was about 4 hours out, and said he may be able to make it to my city late that evening. I agreed to wait for his call,and he came at around 5:30 PM. I assisted his removing the car from the trailer, and he was very personable, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. I would certainly use him again and again if need be. He took his time, did not act like he was in a hurry, or that it was a big pain to load and unload this car. I can't say enough good about him.
