Much Better Than Previous Experience

My experience transporting a car from the east coast to the west coast a few years ago with a different company based in Florida was a nightmare. They were about a week late picking up my car but insisted it would be in Oregon on time. Yet, when I flew in to Oregon, the car was not there. I had to rent a car for almost a week then drive 2 hours back to Portland to get my car. The worst thing, besides the added expense for the rental, was that, once my car was picked up on the east coast, the company did not answer or return any phone calls during the next two weeks as I awaited the delivery. I called repeatedly and eventually filed a claim with the BBB.
So, this time around, I did extensive research. When I read that a company did not return phone calls, that was a big red flag and I kept searching.
All Aboard Auto Transport had great reviews, so I went with them. The quote Fletcher gave was in line with other quotes I had received.
I did have an issue with the trucking company that did the transporting- when I called and left a message but did not hear back. After an hour or so, I contacted Fletcher and, within minutes, he got the company on the phone with me so I could talk with him. My car was picked up within the window of time (1 week) I asked for and delivered 7 days later 3,000 miles away. The car was in perfect shape.
Fletcher was not only a real advocate, he was incredibly honest and professional. This is someone who takes his job seriously, who cares about offering excellent service, and who will go to bat for his customers. I plan to hire him again in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and exceptionally professional car-transporting experience.
