1. Able to pick up phone at late night/ Sunday with answering questions and arrange the order. 2. As a broker, able to find the good price range for my car to be accepted by carrier in next day and schedule to be pick up in 3 days without long waiting as we expect. 3. However, the pick-up time is late over 4 hours due to size of other cars to be loaded before mine. Almost one day of missing work and one extra day of rental car expense... 3. The delivery company was not as good as I excepted. NO call back with phone calls and voice messages. No 24 hours noticed/ call before delivery. But delivery time was as good as scheduled range. Mild dirty as I expected.
