This was a remote, off route, pick up area that was made easy by a broker that totally understands the vehicle transport business and how to make it work for you and the carriers. Before retaining All Aboard Transport, I talked to a number of brokers and got all kinds of promises, guarantees, and quotes that even I knew were not possible. A number of those promises were in direct conflict with their transport agreements. Fletcher, at All Aboard, gave me the facts and let me decide if I wanted hire him to coordinate my transport. In my opinion, Fletcher is a good person and an honest business man that takes seriously the trust you place in him. Fletcher was a really good at analyzing my transport needs and quickly finding the best carrier for my situation. Fletcher got this carrier to go 100 miles off his route to pick up my car and negotiated really hard to save me $25.
The carrier, Rapid Auto Transport, made the picked up on time Friday at 5pm and delivered the vehicle more than 800 hundred miles on Sunday morning in Arlington, Va. The Driver was very honest and took great care of my vehicle and delivered it a day early in perfect condition for the exact fee Fletcher negotiated. The driver did such a great job and communicated with everyone as requested, I voluntarily gave the Driver an extra $50 for his excellent service and speedy delivery. I'm pretty sure everyone involved in this Transport walked away happy, I know, I did.

Thanks Bill, my pleasure and yes I take every customers trust in me personally. I try my best to live up to this in every move. There are a lot of gimmicks and swindlers in this business and some of them are 5 star rated. I watch them take advantage of people just as much as the ones with less favorable reviews.
