We contacted Fletcher to arrange a transport for our car to Calf. As we live in Canada it made more sense financially to drive the car to Buffalo and ship it from there. Fletcher was able to arrange for a company to pick up the car on a day convenient for us to drive down. The driver called to arrange a pick up time but then did not arrive as arranged. We were unable to get information from the driver or dispatcher but after contacting Fletcher he was able to get an address for us to deliver the car to so we could avoid another day in a hotel. We were perfectly satisfied with his response to our concerns and would use his services again if not the trucker.
