Scott was extremely helpful from the beginning. He responded to our emails almost immediately!!! Initially, we wanted to ship our soft top enclosed for more protection but it was a week and still no enclosed truck in the area. Once we gave him the go ahead Scott was able to get the jeep top loaded on an open carrier within a day. 3 days later it arrives at our house in excellent condition. Was able to call driver direct for ETA and keep in touch. Very pleasant experience WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!!!!
