Scott was courteous and helpful through the entire process. Phone calls were answered by a person (Scott or Dwight) always and on time...except for after hours. I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Their quote was among the lowest yet still having great reviews. I originally searched based on reviews but went with them because of price and that personal touch over the phone by Scott.
The only complaint I would have is that the car hood and roof was covered with motor oil from whatever car was placed above it. I know this isn't something the broker is responsible for but definitely something to make note of. A quick trip to the wash bay should take care of this.
In conclusion, if you want great personal service at a very competitive price than use this broker.
