I was very happy with my entire experience. Not only was Brett in customer service (at American Car Transports) pleasant and knowledgeable, he was very responsive and the actual cost to ship my 3 cars was the same as the initial quote. This has not been my experience with other vendors in the past.

I shipped 2 vehicles enclosed and one open. Both drivers were very professional and prompt. Most importantly, they did a great job communicating with me as to when cars would be picked up and dropped off. They kept me up to date with any changes and were very pleasant to deal with. Again, this has not always been my experience with other vendors. I would highly recommend Brett and his company!
