Jim was EXTREMELY proactive and calming through all the confusion. The driver never contacted me with a pick up time and so I called Jim for a status update. He figured out what the problem was (truck repairs took longer due to holidays) and was very proactive in calling the transport company to make sure my car would still be delivered by the original agreed upon date, even though they had picked up my car 2 days later than scheduled, I couldn't have gotten through all this without Jim's expertise and experience.
