Mark was great to work with. Could be reached around the clock pretty much and was always prompt to respond- he also kept in touch and updated me every few days on what was taking place. His availability worked great with my weird schedule. I think it was well past 11pm when we actually signed the contract. He was there! On the phone and online.

He did exactly what he said he would in the timeframe the contract said he would. The carrier he found was fantastic as well and the whole shipment went very smooth from booking to receipt. There were no surprises and no fuss. What I signed off on is what happened, when they said it would.

I usually pick my cars up myself due to all the horror stories out there, but due to distance this time I had to reach out. I'm glad I picked AAT. I did so based on customer feedback and Mark's communication over the past 3 weeks, and now I can add my positive experience to the list.
