I had scheduled enclosed transport for our car in mid-November and paid a $305 deposit. I was assured by Justin repeatedly that our mid-December enclosed transport was all set. On the day dispatch was to call us with details, no call. I left numerous messages after that Thursday, Friday, all weekend and sent numerous emails. We never got the courtesy of a return phone call or email until the day we were due for pick-up. At that time, we got an email from Justin and we were told that if we want to pay twice what was originally quoted, we could get our car transported. I would NEVER trust any of our vehicles to this company. We did receive our deposit back after Daniel, a customer service rep, told our bank (when I challenged the charge on our credit card) that we should never have been charged until transport was arranged (which it obviously was not). An impending disaster was avoided with the help of a reputable transport company, but not this one.
