Felicia did an excellent job throughout the entire process. We tried another transport agency and waited for them to get a driver for more than a month. Finally we cancelled the order and contacted the Auto Shipping Group (we had used them prior) and got almost immediate results. A driver was located within a week and Felicia stayed in constant contact throughout the process from pickup to delivery. She even set up temporary storage of the vehicle with the transport company until I returned home from business travel. Felicia was not only efficient, but also friendly, courteous, and quite personable. I will definitely recommend this company if I need transport services in the future.
