Customer Servive Robert Giddens immediately contacted me and walked me through the process. His price was so reasonable I felt like I didn't need to get any competitive bids. It just so happened that there was a driver going to Ft Myers from Austin and he arrived within 4 hrs. of placing my request for quote!
